Pastelliges Grün. Leuchtendes Magenta. Ich warte. Die Farbe trocknet. Heute ist Tag 52.
Seit über 50 Tagen widme ich mich dem Projekt „100 Days“. Täglich schaffe ich neue kleinformatige Bilder. Ziel sind 100 Tage. Ich nenne die Bilder meine Minis. Fotos der Minis poste ich auf Instagram unter dem #100daysofloveyoself. Als Dokumentation des kreativen Prozesses.
Ich hätte es zu Beginn nicht gedacht, doch das Schaffen von täglichen Minis ist zu einer von mir sehr geschätzten Routine geworden. Eine Routine, die mich drängt weiterhin künstlerisch tätig zu sein. Trotz dem „Offline Dornröschenschlaf“, in dem die Kunstwelt versunken scheint.
Die Minis sind für mich ein Zeichen des Durchhaltens geworden, ein Zeichen des „Wir schaffen das“. Und das werden wir auch.

For more than 50 days I have dedicated myself to the project „100 Days“. Every day I create a new small-format painting. The goal is 100 days. I’ve started to call the paintings my “Minis”. As a documentation of the creative process, I post one painting each day on my instagram account using the #100daysofloveyoself.
Creating Minis daily has become a routine I really appreciate. It’s a routine that pushes me to keep going and create art despite the „Offline Sleeping Beauty“, in which the art world seems to have sunk.
